Basic Info BioFood industry is always at development for the new cost-effective technologies, products and efficient equipment. I am sure that big changes are approaching Ukrainian food industry in the near future. From the one hand there are lots of adulterated food products on the market; from the other hand lately I see more and more announcements in the media about product falsification, the need in legislative regulation and innovative solutions.
Ukraine is an agrarian country. Cultivation some of the plants has a big potential for processing into food products and ingredients with high biological value. From the other hand our food and agricultural industries produce a lot of wastes such as spent grains, grapes cake, sugar beet press pulp, sunflower husks, milk whey, straw, etc. Some of them are used as feeding-stuff, but in most of the cases these wastes are dumped or discharged polluting the environment.
Today a lot of wasteless processing technologies are developed, which allow not only save the environment but make a profit from cheap raw materials and products. Such projects are often financed by the international institutions including World Bank, EBRD, funds, etc.
I am interested in cooperation with international companies, investors and other organizations for realization such a projects.
Brief of my qualifications summary:
Ph.D. in biotechnology, consulting in the field of food production and agriculture, project management, development projects from the beginning (wastewater treatment), successful sales projects within a big international company (milk industry).
